1. Who is a member of Farm Safety Association?

You are a member of Farm Safety Association when you buy employee coverage from WSIB as an Agricultural operation as defined by Workplace Safety Insurance Act (WSIA).

2. What am I entitled to as a member of Farm Safety Association?

You will have access to Farm Safety products and services that is provided to members.

3. I am trying to get ready for June 30, 2006... where should I begin?

As of June 30, 2006 the Occupational Health and Act (OHSA) will apply to farming operations in Ontario which employ, including all provisions of the Act itself.
